The TV channel National Geographic has a new weekly one hour show in which they will present how certain vehicles are made. More precisely, they will show how the Porsche 911, Lamborghini LP670-4 SV, Chevrolet Camaro and the Rolls Royce Phantom are made at their one hour show called Ultimate Factories.
It will be interesting to see the differences and similarities in manufacturing methods between different brands, as National Geographic will also show at some point how cars are made from other countries like South Korea, France, Japan or China.
The first episode of the Ultimate Factories one hour show will have in the center of attention the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV (Super Veloce). The Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 Super Veloce made its public debut this year during the Geneva Auto Show. The filming of the first episode of the Ultimate Factories show took place at the Sant`Agata Bolognese factory located in Italy.
The Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV manages to reach a maximum speed of 342 km/h while being able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. These great performances are possible thanks to a 6.5 liter V12 engine that has an output of 670 horsepower.
The production facility located at Sant`Agata Bolognese in Italy will be able to produce an average of 2.7 cars per day. Each example will be custom built according to the preferences of each potential customer. The Italian automaker will build the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 Super Veloce in 350 units.
