National Geographic has started broadcasting a very interesting show this month. Two weeks ago we told you about the National Geographic show called Ultimate Factories. The Ultimate Factories goes behind the scenes to reveal how supercars are made. If two weeks ago we talked about how the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 Super Veloce is made, now it is the turn of the General Motors supercar Chevrolet Camaro to reveal itself. In this second episode the guys doing the Ultimate Factories show went to the Oshawa plant located in Canada and owned by General Motors to see the fabrication process of the Chevrolet Camaro. As you can probably remember, the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 Super Veloce is mostly hand built. Well, the Chevrolet Camaro in contrast is mainly built thanks to the robot work (Thank God for robots). It takes 18 hours to completely assemble a Chevrolet Camaro but one unit of the muscle car comes off the production line every one or two minutes. That are robots for you, they do it fast as hell.
