Porsche wannabe Hyundai Genesis Coupe coming to SEMA Show

The SEMA Show was the place to see some of the most interesting tuning proposals from American tuning companies predominantly. Still, even if the vast majority of tuning projects were based on American cars, this does not mean that we did not get to see some projects based on Asian cars. This is the case here, as we get to see a funky project based on the Hyundai Genesis Coupe . This certain modified Hyundai Genesis Coupe project was co-developed by Lux Design and RIDES.

The modified Hyundai Genesis Coupe by Lux Design and RIDES has some interesting features, including a set of 20 inch matte black alloy wheels from Vossen, a custom body kit from Sarona Design that includes vented fenders, a new front fascia, side skirts, rear bumper and grille. But maybe the most important feature is the Porsche 911 GT3 RS style orange paint and the roof that was refinished in black matte. You can say that what we have here is a Porsche wannabe.

In terms of performance, the Hyundai Genesis Coupe also got the attention of Lux Design and RIDES. Thus, the Hyundai Genesis Coupe gets a new coilover kit that lowers the car`s ride height, a Turbonetics GT-K 350 ceramic ball bearing turbo, StopTech brakes, Spearco front mounted intercooler and a GReddy Racing Ti-C turbo back exhaust.

The Hyundai Genesis Coupe is a very nice looking car and I think that it is a pity that some tuning companies make it look a lot uglier, in an attempt to make themselves famous and rich. Anyway, check out a series of photos of the Porsche wannabe Hyundai Genesis Coupe below.
