After previously telling you about the special edition 2010 Chrysler Town & Country Walter P. Chrysler Signature Series, it is time to tell you about some more special edition models of the same North American automaker. This time, the North American automaker has chosen their Chrysler 300 sporty sedan as a starting point for some special edition models.
More precisely, at the 2010 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), also known as the Detroit Auto Show, the Chrysler 300 S6 and S8 will be on display. The 2010 Chrysler 300 S6 will get its power from a 3.5 liter V6 engine capable of developing 250 horsepower while the 2010 Chrysler 300 S8 will get its power from a HEMI V8 engine capable of developing 360 horsepower. Both versions get a large number of equipment upgrades as well as exterior and interior improvements.
Both the 2010 Chrysler 300 S6 and the 2010 Chrysler 300 S8 will hit the market in the spring of this year.
The 2010 Chrysler 300 S6 and S8 are distinguished at the exterior by large 20 inch polished face wheels with painted pockets, blacked out grilles with chromed surround, ``shaved`` doors with body color mirrors, body color fascia ascents, chromed door handles and darkened headlamp bezels.
Moving on towards the interior, the 2010 Chrysler 300 S6 and S8 will get SIRIUS Satellite Radio, a unique leather steering wheel with carbon weave accented, iPod Control, red stitching and brushed silver spokes, a 13 speaker Kicker audio system with a 322 watt amplifier and a 100 watt subwoofer, seats upholstered in a combination of dark gray leather and suede brushed aluminum accents on the instrument panel center stack, Uconnect Phone, center console side trim and upper door trim as well as carbon weave door pull handles with red accent stitching.
