Cadillac is returning to Europe

In March the Geneva Motor Show 2010 will be representing the official come back of Cadillac in the European territory as the brand name is working now on establishing a brand new dealership network on the continent. A Cadillac spokesman, quoted by just-auto.com affirmed this brand wants to ways to set up in Europe some network of about 120 - 130 dealerships.

The spokesman stated 'Yes, we are doing a restart of these vehicles in the spring. No particular date, but I assume the Geneva show would be the right time'.

Cadillac says that all its Corvette units are slated to start in Europe right near a few other cars, the SRX crossover included.

The spokesman said 'We are planning to sell all Corvette models including the Grand Sport, which has not so far been sold in Europe. We are also planning to sell the Cadillac CTS family including the sedan and the new coupé as well as the Sport Wagon, CTS-V and SRX crossover models. We hope this happens as soon as possible, as we clearly want to sell these cars'.

Cadillac is showcasing at the moment the CTS-V Coupe 2011 at the International Auto Show (North American) in Detroit. This CTS-V model wraps a V8 6.2l supercharged LSA engine, taken from CTS-V Sport Sedan. It's making 556 horsepower, 747 Nm torque, reaching 60 mph in 3.9 seconds.
