Aston Martin Virage, owned by Mr Bean, now on auction

The Aston Martin Virage 1990, first owned by Rowan Atkinson – well known comedian is for sale now on Auto Trader for £22,995. Atkinson played the role of Mr Bean, which is one of the most appreciated characters in United Kingdom.

Atkinson appeared a few times in blockbusters like Love Actually, Never Say Never Again - James Bond, Four Weddings and a Funeral and The Lion King.

The actor has a fortune of £100 million approximately; a part of it invested in cars - his passion. Atkinson in 1999 was involved on an accident with his McLaren F1 supercar - £650,000 and a Rover Metro.

In 2009 at the end, in Mayfair, the artist’s racing car Jaguar Mark VII 1952 publicly burned out in flames. In 2008, his Audi S8 V8-powered was offered on Auto Trader also.

Now, the Virage from Aston Martin is one of the 1st examples made bearing the number 10 chassis.

The car has electric heated seats, fog lights, air conditioning, high-quality CD system and heated door mirrors. The inside has a tan leather finish with black piping. Duncan Hamilton, the seller said a complete-service history is available too.

The Virage 5.3-litre 330 bhp reaches 158 mph, having 1,790 kg weight. The premium coupe model was 1st revealed in 1988, costing £135,000.
