Video of new Audi A7 during testing in Norway

Scandinavia is preferred by practically all the automakers when it comes to doing winter condition tests for their new models. What we have here looks more like a German invasion of Norway as we have a video in which we can see an entire fleet of German cars during winter testing procedures in Oslo, the capital city of Norway. To be more precise, in the video below you will get to see two Audi A7 models, an Audi A5 Sportback as well as a BMW 7-Series.

Obviously, you all know that the Audi A7 is one of the most highly anticipated and eagerly awaited cars of the past year or two. Unfortunately, you will not get a clean look at the Audi A7 in the video below either, because the two prototype models are heavily camouflaged. The Audi A7 is eagerly awaited by a lot of people, but honestly I do not understand why. It is not like we can not guess (quite precisely I might add) how the Audi A7 will look like. I will stick my head out and bet that the Audi A7 will turn out to look like a combination between the Audi A5 and the Mercedes Benz CLS .

The Audi A7 is rumored to get its power from a large range of engines, including the supercharged 3.0 liter V6 TFSI petrol engine (a gasoline electric hybrid version is quite probable to come out about a year after the initial release). The German automaker has officially confirmed that the Audi A7 will hit the market in the second half of this year and that it will share the mechanical hardware and the steel reinforced aluminum platform with the next generation Audi A6.

The competition will be though in this segment, as cars like the Mercedes Benz CLS , the Aston Martin Rapide, the Porsche Panamera or the Bugatti 16C Galibier will be struggling hard to stay on the market.
