Chevrolet Aveo 2011 got spied

Chevrolet will debut at this year's end (probably) the all-new Aveo, or early next year maybe, but there's not much to known about this vehicle. So, we present you a new spyshots set supposed to unveil details about the upcoming Aveo unit, including a few interior information.

The camouflage is covering both fascias - the rear and the front, the 2 sides having the largest modification compared to the present variant.

Aveo's interior is similar to Aveo RS concept – that was displayed last month in Detroit at the International Auto Show in North America.

The Bluetooth controls however, have been removed, replaced apparently with a CD/Radio typical sound system. The vehicle comes still with the same instrument cluster housing, steering wheel multi-function, HVAC vents' position and controls like the Detroit concept model.

The engines' details aren't available at the moment, but Aveo RS gets its power from an I-4 Ecotec 1.4-liter turbocharged engine - developimg 138 horsepower. It's fitted to a manual transmission - 6-speed.

When GM presented officially the Aveo RS in January, the firm confirmed the Aveo production will start in 2011, having all the operations handled in Orion Township, Mich by the Orion Assembly.
