Lexus CT 200h debuted, details and photos

Next week Lexus will be present at the Geneva Motor Show 2010 displaying the firm's new CT 200h, a unit going on sale at the beginning 2011. But, the luxury brand of Toyota presented the auto today before the official revealing at the event, alongside the specifications' complete list.

The 1st premium compact car to be sold with Lexus badge will run with the Hybrid Drive system of Lexus, a mix of an electric and a petrol VVT-i 1.8-liter engine. There are 4 driving styles available: Normal, EV, Sport and Eco, having the last 1 providing a top range of 1.2 miles (1.9 km) with speeds of 28 mph (45 km/h).

Upcoming highlights include running LED daytime lights plus a dashboard split in upper Display Zone, featuring an multi-display LCD 8-inch screen, plus an Operation Zone (lower), with shift lever plus other controls like the multi-function Remote Touch controller of Lexus.

Lexus affirms the CT 200h production will start at the end of this year, while the 1st deliveries of the unit will be honored on the 1st months of 2011.
