I really like the way VAG (Volkswagen Auto Group) makes a huge event out of any little thing. They launched a special program, campaign, call it whatever you want, named Ad Personam. The Lamborghini Ad Personam is practically a program that allows customers to choose the exterior color they want, the color of the interior leather they want and so on, from a large range of colors. Wow, this is really revolutionary, no one ever did something like this before so they had to make a special campaign with a fancy name (I am being ironical, if you can not sense it).
Anyway, the Italian automaker has launched a promotional video for the Lamborghini Ad Personam program. The four minute long video shows us the large variety of colors available, including some really nice ones like Bullet Silver, Brilliant Black, Bordeaux Red or Razborblade Grey.
Practically, the Lamborghini Ad Personam program is available, for a fee, to the customers that need an extra level of exclusivity. The program has no limit, except the available cash of the customer. The Lamborghini Ad Program was launched at the 208 NAIAS (North American International Auto Show aka the Detroit Motor Show).
``Ad Personam`` is Latin for ``To the person`` and wants to offer a large range of exclusive options, including a large range of choice in stitching hue, leather tone and exterior color. Lamborghini wants to keep it clear that the Sant`Agata Bolognese, the famous Lamborghini factory, will remain the same, assembling each hand built Lamborghini like until now.
