As you might know Uwe Gemballa has gone missing, so his company had to close its doors. Now it seems that all of their partners are starting their own business. One example is Merdad, a company owned by someone who worked with Uwe Gemballa for five years. The UK tuner decided to start on his own little venture and came up with a new and exciting project. He took a new Porsche Cayenne Turbo and turned it into a unique and exciting two door coupe. This conversion to two doors will be available on the previous and current generation of the Porsche Cayenne.
With a sportier look, the Merdad Porsche Cayenne 2 Door Coupe received a full body kit with redesigned front and rear spoilers and new side skirts, a new set of huge wheels and a refined interior.
As for what is under the hood, Merdad offers a modified twin-turbo 4.8-liter V8 engine, capable to deliver a total power of 750 PS (552 kW / 740 bhp) - an increase of 250 PS (184 kW / 247 bhp). There is no information regarding the car's performance, but it's supposed to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4.4 seconds.
Pricing details or availability haven't been released yet.
