Peugeot launched 308 Millesim Special Edition

Peugeot celebrates its 200th anniversary with the launch of a range of special edition 308 models called Millesim 200.

There will be four models available with a choice of two petrol and two diesels and Peugeot will chuck in a Nokia 5230 with SatNav and dash mounting if you stump up this month.

Those two engine options available, a new Euro 5 1.4 litre 98 bhp or a 1.6 litre 120 bhp version, benefit from Peugeot particularly innovative VTi technology which improves the engine overall efficiency, significantly reducing fuel consumption and therefore CO2 emissions.

As for HDi diesel version, the 308 Millesim is powered by Peugeot 1.6 litre 90 and 110 bhp engines, both acknowledged for their drive ability, performance and low running costs. An additive based diesel particulate filter system (FAP) is fitted as standard on the HDi 110 bho engine.

The 308 Millesim is based on the 5-door 308 S hatchback and gets additional kit such as 16″ alloys, sport front grille, sport rear bumper, full body-coloured exterior and the Peugeot Connect USB/Bluetooth connectivity. You also get the required ‘Millesim 200′ badging.

Other features include ABS, EBFD, EBA, ESP, driver airbag, passenger airbag, side airbags, curtain airbags, remote control central locking with deadlocks, electric front and rear windows, radio / single CD player, air-conditioning and front fog lights, among others.

The 308 Millesim will launch this month with a starting price of £16,245.00 for the 1.4 VTi 98 version.
