Sasha Selipanov designs Ferrari 612 GTO

After Ferrari unveiled the 599 GTO, people are wondering if the company has any intentions of launching the 612 GTO.

The creator of this design concept is Sasha Selipanov of Berlin, Germany but you may know him better as the Angry Car Designer. His new idea for a Ferrari is surprising in more than one way.

This is strictly a design concept by an independent firm, which means Ferrari has nothing to do with it. Inspired by Vandenbrink GTO, this "angry car designer" has designed a rather good looking 612 GTO concept. It is supposed to predict and possibly inspire future design trends on the highest-end Ferraris.

Created for fun, the car looks nothing like the 612 Scaglietti. The Ferrari 612 GTO by Sasha Selipanov boasts an aggressive appearance that borrows styling elements from the 458 Italia, 250 GTO, Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, and Aston Martin One-77. Featuring modified 458 Italia headlights, a humongous grille, 250 GTO side vents, and Aston One-77 hips, the design is elegantly rounded off with rear diffuser, dual exhausts and transparent engine casing.

Because it's only a design study, there's little information to discuss other than just viewing the renderings.
