Morgan unveiled their latest creation, the Eva GT at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in California. There is no need to say that the car is stunning by appearance. It will have a BMW Twin Turbo 3.0 litre straight six (306 Bhp, 400Nm torque), rear wheel drive, a predicted 0-100 km/h : 4.5seconds and a top speed of 273 km/h. The chasis and body are made of aluminum you’ll find in the Aeromax Supersports. However, inside this new Morgan is a proper two-plus-two cabin layout and a generous boot, making it a much more practical offering than any of the Aero-series cars that have preceeded it. Allowing for that extra practicality, the Eva GT is longer than the 4.2-metre Aeromax, measuring 4.7-metres in length, 1.8-metres in width and 1.2-metres tall. The price will be around 80,000 pounds and 5,000 deposits are now being taken for the car.
