The next BMW 1-series M-package has been spotted at Nurburgring

Some images with the next BMW 1-series have been captured in Germany, more exactly in Nurburgring. There is a great possibility that it was using an inline six-engine. The new model wears an upcoming M-sport package with a twin-turbo 3.0 liter model with a power to generate 322 horsepower.
This engine can be compared to either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.
The next model seems to be lower to the ground, yet it may be an illusion caused by the new side sills and larger wheels. Also, the tailpipes are present on either side of the license plate, instead of being grouped together on the left, as the usual model embraces.
Other features, specific to M-Sport, such as aluminum trim, sport seating, anthracite headliner are very likely to be seen on the car.
This next BMW 1-series will be displayed on the market in 2012.
