Paris Auto Show presents Audi e-tron Spyder Concept

Paris Auto Moto Show presented another interesting Audi model, the e-tron Spyder. The results turn out to be quite impressive as Audi`s latest plug-in no-top receives power from a 300-horse 3.6-liter V6 TDI, which is outfitted with two turbochargers and two 88-horsepower/64 Kw electric motors.
The e-tron system of this car makes it possible for the car to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.4 seconds, providing also an all-electric range of 31 miles and polluting the air with only 59 g of CO2 per kilometer. The 1,450 car owns a total range of 621 miles.
Under the boot, one can notice an “e-quattro” torque-vectoring system, which helps the car put its 1,002 Nm (650 Nm from the TDI and 352 Nm from the motors) to the ground in a proper way.
4.06 meters length, 1.81 width and 1.11 meters in height, represent the dimensions of this little electric torque magic, providing a wheelbase of 2.43 meters. As the other Audi concepts showed on previous presentations, all lights are LED.
According to Audi representatives, the famous four rings on the nose are no longer displayed in order to reveal a charging plug and a display showing the vehicle`s charge.
