Paris Auto Show hosts Mazda debut

Paris Auto Show hosted the debut of the updated Mazda 2 with a new face featuring a revised front grille and a front bumper which was re-sculptured.
The look is completed by alloy wheels and a fresh choice of exterior colors.
The interior enjoys quality and new materials, seat fabrics and colours and additional upgrades such as a new meter design with black background and a compartment of the type closed-glove.
The ride becomes more comfortable and smooth due to same changes made to the chassis and suspension. Also, Euro 5 regulations are achieved by the engine line-up.
There are three petrol engines which include two 1.3-liter derivatives producing 75 PS and 84 PS, and also a 1.5-liter with 102 PS, completed by a revised turbo diesel engine with 95 PS (+5 Ps over the previous engine) and 205 Nm. Besides the power provided by the diesel unit, it also provides a more fuel efficient using 4.2 liters of fuel pre 100 km, while producing 110 grams of CO2 per 100 km.
