The one who founded the famous German tuning firm, Gemballa Automobiletechnik, Uwe Gemballa, was found dead in South Africa. His body was found wrapped in cellophane and, although there are not many details revealed, police sources state that Gemballa`s murder has a connection with illegal money laundering scheme with Radovan Krejcir, who is the well-known Czech crime boss. The police discovered that Uwe and Krejcir had been cahooting on illegal transactions ever since 2002, but Gemballa hadn`t made the payments on time starting with the last year. As problems, appeared, it seems that Krejcir threatened him- "you`re a dead man".
After receiving such a phone call, Uwe was deceived to come to South Africa by an associate of Krescir, to set up a business agreement.
Airport surveillance reports show when Uwe was picked up by a man, who had light skin. After that, they went to a house and Uwe was forced to call his wife and ask for a million of dollars. It was not sure if Uwe himself was on the phone when talking to his wife.
The money failed to arrive and this fact led to Uwe`s death.
