BRABUS SV12 R Biturbo 800 is the Mercedes S600 result of the latest BRABUS tuning session. The car delivers now 800 hp / 588 kW at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 1,420 Nm (1,047 lb-ft) available from 2,100 rpm transforming it in the world’s most powerful luxury sedan and with an electronically limited top speed of just 350 km/h (217 mph) the exclusive car wins the prize as the world’s fastest luxury liner. The power is transferred to the rear wheels through a five speed automatic transmission. BRABUS fitted the car with custom wheels with diameters of 19 to 21 inches available in four distinct designs, a high-performance brake system and customer specific interior upgrades that include an ultimate “iBusiness” multimedia system. The performance comes from the V12 engine that normally powers the latest Mercedes 600 models but now increased from 5,5 to 6,3 liters. The displacement increase is possible with the help of a special crankshaft with longer stroke, precision-balanced piston rods, inlarged diameter pistons and larger cylinder bore. The tuning includes new air intake which is a custom carbon fiber system developed to fit in the available space under the hood of the S-Class, a brand new BRABUS Biturbo system with two special high-performance manifolds with integrated turbine housings and high-performance turbochargers, four water to air intercoolers, and a BRABUS stainless steel high performance exhaust system with sport catalysts and four exhaust tips. The BRABUS SV12 R Biturbo 800 accelerates to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.9 seconds and reaches 200 km/h (124 mph) in just 10,3 seconds. To ensure the safest driving in this level of performance BRABUS significantly upgraded suspension, brakes and aerodynamics. The exterior has a BRABUS front spoiler made from clear coated carbon fiber that attaches to the underside of the front fascia which has a sophisticated shape to reduces lift on the front axle, a large central air inlet that optimizes cooling of engine and front brakes, integrated auxiliary headlamps and LED daytime running lights to improve active safety. The aerodynamics are rounded out by the BRABUS rear spoiler lip, also available in a clear coated carbon fiber and a new rear fascia with custom cutouts for the quad sport exhaust system. The interior features leather in any color imaginable, Alcantara panels and exclusive wood trim sets which can be ordered in any desired color and the innovative BRABUS ``iBusiness`` concept that integrates Apple components into the electronics of the Mercedes S-Class.
