James Bond Aston Martin sells for $4.6 million

The last survivor of the James Bond movies, Gold finger and Thunder ball, a magnificent Aston Martin DB5, driven by Sean Connery in the 1960's series, was sold for $4,61 million to the Ohio collector Harry Yeaggy, on Wednesday, at the RM Auctions Automobiles of London.

Tough most of the people thought that the vehicle will be sold for more than $5 million, in the end, there were only two bidders.

The car is one of the most famous cars in the world, and in 1993, a book was written to showcase its life through the years.

Its owner since 1969, Jerry Lee, sold it to use the money for its charitable foundation.

The DB5 has some special features which are real: browning machine guns, a bullet-proof shield, an oil-slick sprayer and a smoke screen, which are controlled by the switches in the enter armrest.
