The Roding Roadster 23 was spy photographed

Everyone possibly recalls the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show, where the Roding Roadster 23 was presented, now still being in the developing phase. Curious to find about more about the current stage of its production, spy photographers have taken some action and now we can take a closer look at the car model and start analyzing it. Photographed on the Nurburgring circuit, the vehicle appears wearing a camouflage despite the fact that it was presented to the public some while ago and this leads us to the idea that design changes are planned to occur. Being set to actually become a strong competitor against track toys such as the KTM X-Bow and Ariel Atom, the Roadster was using, during the session on the Nordschleife, the Porsche 911 GT2 as a benchmark.
The car model receives its power from a six-cylinder powerplant, delivering 300 hp and 400 Nm of torque and it weighs 920 kg.
In terms of its performance, as everyone is mostly interested in finding out, the Roding Roadster reaches a 0-62 mph sprint in only 3.9 seconds and keeps accelerating until it achieves 280 km/h.
If you were wondering about the signification of the "23" which appears in the carís name, it represents the number of units that will be produced and launched on the market, implicitly.
