The latest addition from Kia’s Originals line-up is represented by the Soul Searcher, available for the UK market, following from Burner, Shaker, Tempest and Echo. Being cosmetically distinguished by light green metallic paintwork, together with a cream and brown full leather interior, the vehicle is planned to begin its sales from the 4th of January 2011. But even more, the engineers made serious efforts in order to make the car wanted one by adding chrome front grille and door handles, roof rails, black bezel headlights, front and rear mud flaps and 18-inch silver alloy wheels. Bluetooth, iPod connectivity, an upgraded 8 speaker sound system, dual air conditioning, heated front seats, privacy glass, electric folding door mirrors, front fog lights and reversing sensors are to be found included in the standard specification. A 1.6-liter CRDi diesel engine provides power to the Soul Searcher, connected to either 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic, featuring a startin gproce of £16,965 OTR and £18,025, a price that includes the VAT at the new 20% rate.
