We have come under the possession of some interesting spy shots which reveal the next-generation Hyundai i30. The photos were taken while the vehicle was being tested under winter conditions in Germany, mostly hidden by a heavy camouflage, but a car fan could easily make out some design hints and some shape. Thus, the red LEDs seem to feature a new design after replacing the rear lights, while the sleek horizontal lines of the car are also acquiring a European air. Regarding the engine, it is most likely for the model to integrate a 1.6-liter gasoline/petrol with around 122 PS and 155 Nm of torque. If Hyundai producers aim to compete against the Golf in Europe, we tend to strongly think that it will have to add more jazz under the hood. This fact could lead to the 1.6-liter Gamma GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection)Source: Worldcarfansion) turbo with 167 Nm of torque and 140 PS.
