After entering rather aggressively on the American market, it seems that Fiat has great plans in bringing European cars in the new world. And the first line of this invasion is the Fiat 500 Prima Edizione.
This version of the 500 pint sized wonder will come with a 1.4 liter 101 hp engine and a manual transmission featuring an attractive starting price of only $15,500. But this is only the beginning.
After Prima Edizione, the next 500 to reach the States will be the 500 C Cabriolet. At that moment, the standard 500 will also be available in the 6 speed automatic gearbox version.
Fiat hasn't also forgotten about that scorpio badged 500 Arbath beast. So in the first quarter of 2012 the Americans will be able to buy the 1.4 turbocharged 135 hp Fiat 500 Arbath that will feature an unique exterior set of features, including a full body kit, wider fenders and Arbath badges.
Last but not least, Fiat is expected to promote in the fourth quarter of 2012 an electric version of its micro car, called 500 EV that Fiat officials say it will be suited especially for daily commuters.
As for the showroom locations it seems that Fiat has taken over more than 130 ex Saturn and Hummer dealerships so you could find such a dealer even in your proximity.
