or the moment, the biggest competition between car manufacturers takes place in the compact premium range where most of the builders have already made an entrance: Audi with its A3, Volvo with the C30, BMW with its 1 series, Lexus has also built the CT 200h and of course the one and only Daimler, who recreated the A and B Class in order to fit the compact premium range. So who's the biggest absent? Yes, Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan, the only premium brand that hasn't adhered yet to this trend. Still, it seems that after the Geneva Motor Show things will never be the same. Even if there are few information about the new concept car, we do have a sketched silhouette teaser picture and a nice name: Infiniti "Etheria". Still, there are some rumors coming from inside the company that say the Etheria will be a two-seater fitted with a 1.8 liter turbocharged CGI four cylinders made by Mercedes-Benz. Indeed, it seems that the new concept will be the first Asian beneficiary of the industrial partnership signed between Daimler and the Renault-Nissan Alliance. Moreover, there are sources that suggest the Etheria will be built on the Renault Megane/Nissan Tiida already existing platform. Anyway, one over the other, it's less than a month until the Swiss Geneva Motor Show will open its gates so prepare, because in only a couple of weeks we'll meet Infiniti's latest creation.
