Camaro is now named Ke Mai Luo

We are all used to the strange names cars get when the producers want to penetrate a new market. Chevrolet feels that China is ready for more and more supercars and this is a very good reason for Camaro to be sent there in a special undercover mission.
General Motors announced its name will be Ke Mai Luo and we still have no clue of what it means.
The model will have a 3.6-liter V6 engine and could be coupled to a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The price for the Ke Mai Luo is around RMB 500,000, approximately $77,000. Seeing the numbers you can think it is an import. In 2010, China's luxury sports car grew with 141% and now this sector is controlled by cars that have European design. So the Camaro will have no problems entering the market.
More information about the Chinese version of the Camaro will be released at the Shanghai Auto Show.
