Tomorrow it's a big day for Chevrolet. In Palm Beach, Florida the Barrett-Jackson auction takes place and Corvette has prepared something special. Chevrolet is celebrating 100 years of existence and for this reason a new version of the Z06 was created called the Centennial Edition. The model is ready to raise a lot of money that will go to the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer. This car will be very special as it has badges that represent Chevrolet's racing history (graphic logo with the image of Louis Chevrolet, center caps for the wheels). All these and more make this vehicle an exceptional one. To make a better idea of how great the Corvette Z06 Centennial Edition really is you should know that it has Bluetooth hands-free phone connectivity, memory package, home remote, power-telescoping steering wheel and Bose premium sound system, with one-year XM subscription, navigation and USB. Well, this is not all. The model also features leather-wrapped upper instrument panels, upper door trim panels and console storage cover and red stitching, Brembo ceramic brakes, 19-inch/20-inch wheel and Michelin tires. It has a CFZ package that includes carbon fiber rockers, roof and front splitter. Sports car admirers will be pleased with it for sure. Subscribe to Car news by Email |
