The United Kingdom will soon have the chance to see the 2011 Jeep Compass on its market. Before the premiere the producers announced the prices and they say you can buy it for £16,995. The model for the UK will have a 2.2-liter 4-cylinder CDR Turbo diesel that tosses out 134 bhp or 162 bhp. Because of the 2.0-liter version of the 4x4 and its lower power in comparison with the 2011 model the buyers will orientate towards the diesel engine or at least this is what Jeep supposes. The petrol engine arrangement will start with a 2.0-liter and 2.4-liter four-cylinder with the dual Variable Valve Timing technology with twin overhead camshafts. The smaller car has a five-speed manual and the 2.4-liter has a CVT2 Continuously Variable Transmission. The vehicle has a great level of standard equipment and this means every model has automatic climate control, except the Sport which has manual air-conditioning. The front seats are leather padded bucket seats. As mentioned above, the price for a Jeep Compass starts at £16,995 and can go up to £23,995. Subscribe to Car news by Email |
