Lexus teases the LF-Gh Hybrid Concept ahead of NYIAS premiere

Lexus, the luxury brand from Toyota has recently offered its fans the first official teaser shots, which show fragments of the front and rear ends, of the new LF-Gh hybrid concept car. The photos display more aggressive and sharp looking headlights and taillights. An intricate design was applied to the taillights. The world premiere of the car is planned to take place at the upcoming 2011 New York International Auto Show, which will last from April 22 to May 11. If you were wondering about the name of the concept, Lexus representatives informed that it stood for Lexus Future Grand Touring Hybrid, redefining the grand touring sedan. The car sports a more distinct and bolder appearance and thus provides a new meaning to the brand's L-Finesse design philosophy. The report released from the company also suggested that future Lexus vehicles might integrate many of the thoughts and ideas, on a global scale. Although it was not officially mentioned, the letter "G" of the car's name is likely to preview the next generation GS premium sedan. The car's massive grille is enhanced in the photos, which also unveils an aerodynamic element or a brake vent, placed in the low corner of the heavily sculpted bumper. No technical details were released, but we expect them to come in the week of the show.
