Focus Electric can be admired at the Shanghai Auto Show this year

For now Ford is taking a tour around the world to see how customers react at the idea of the Focus Electric.
After its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March the model will be now presented at the Shanghai Auto Show in China.
Global Product Development vice president, Derrick Kuzak declared that the reason they made this model is to give customers what they want when it comes to low fuel consumption or no fuel consumption at all. More and more people are aware of the bad influence the CO2 emissions have when it comes to the environment and this is why Ford encourages smart technologies.
The launch of the Focus Electric will happen at the end of the year. It has a lithium-ion battery pack and can reach a top speed of 136 km/h.
High hopes are set for this model and after its launch, after receiving the feedback it needs, Ford plans to introduce a whole series of electric vehicles.
