Alfa Romeo Zagato Classics will be auctioned

Alfa Romeo fans remember the Zagato with a lot of emotion. The vehicle has a lot of memorable performances like the 1-2-3-4 class finish over its race premier at Monza in 1963. In the same year it wins at Sebring, Le Mans and the Nurburgring.
Autodelta a tuning company restored the original 1964 Le Mans condition. This is one of the only 112 units ever made and it had the same owner for 23 years.
Here is little more history. In the summer of 2010, the TZ was introduced in the Le Mans Classic and then the Le Mans Heritage Club Concours and here it won first place in class. At the Paleis Het Loo Concours d'Elegance that happened on the 4th and 5th of September, the vehicle got second in its class. To come more our days, at the Auto Moto Italia in Houten, Holland the car was exposed in October last year and in December was presented at the Essen Motor Show in Germany.
The car has a 1.6-liter DOHC four-cylinder engine and soon it will be auctioned at the RM auction Villa d-Este. The expected price is around EUR475,000. What is the final one? We'll just have to wait and see.
