Renault-Nissan Alliance is making an eco-driving demonstration

As we already figured out, the electric vehicles are on the radar for the Renault-Nissan Alliance. In this direction, the two companies are presenting several electric vehicles at the Challenge Bibendum in Berlin this month. The event is supporting the healthy environment and everything this brings.
One of the models is the Nissan LEAF and it will take part in different events. The car is already on the market in Japan, North America and some countries in Europe. If you think it's that easy to build a great car, clearly you are wrong. The model will have to take several tests that will evaluate acceleration, braking drivability, noise emissions and last but not least, fuel savings. The 2011 World Car of the Year will also be part of a 125 km rally representing the electric vehicles.
At the event there will be more than 5,000 people from different fields of activity, like politics, science, business, and of course the media will be present.
The visitors will be allowed to test their driving at the wheel of an electric car like the Renault Fluence ZE.
