Yesterday was a day with a lot of celebrations and at the Volkswagen "residence" as well. The automaker presented the Golf GTI Edition 35. This model was created to underline and remember a very well known European hot hatch. This car has a lot to offer as it has more power and a different look. Just to compare the new Edition 35 GTI produces 25 horsepower more than the original Golf GTI now the new number is 235 horsepower.
The model's current design actually is a combination between different kinds of classic styling details. It has different "35" badges, branded aluminum door sills and a new bumper.
The horsepower are not the only ones modified, but the VW Golf GTI Edition 35 gives a very good quality metal key ring.
Next month the car will be presented for the first time. The event will take place at the 2011 Tuning World Worthersee and later that same month you can purchase the model as it will be on sale. The price for a Edition 35 Golf GTI is EUR30,425 but only for its home market and for the rest we have to wait new information.
The company had the opportunity to celebrate two times before since the creation of the first Golf GTI in 1976. They celebrated the GTI Anniversary Edition 20 and 30.
