An Audi driver explains how to win a race

Audi presented one of its drivers, Allan McNish and what exactly he has to do to win at Le Mans. Ok. Well, first of all, there's the mental preparation. This could be the most important thing in becoming a fearless rival in a 24 hour race like the one mentioned above.
Maybe it's a little exaggerated, or maybe not, but the driver presented declared that to compete and win a 24 hour race you need the same concentration like for an entire Formula 1 season.
McNish also declared that only holding the wheel is difficult and compared it to holding 4 kg in each hand. This is not all as the driver has to withstand almost 3 Gs of lateral force during cornering and this "only" means that he has to stop breathing otherwise his lungs could crash.
The Audi team won Le Mans 9 times so far in the last 11 years, so it must mean that the concentration exercises of the Audi drivers really work.
