Volkswagen took care of announcing the price for the new Beetle last week. This is not all; the North American team presented the Vehicle Pre-Order program for the new one that is represented by a 2.0-liter TSI Beetle.
The price for the special edition begins at $ 24,950. But the ones that want to purchase a model, first have to pay a reservation fee of $ 495.
The Black Turbo launch edition has a lot of interesting features starting with the exterior design and ending with the fact that the model is in a limited edition. The car has a VW DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission and a 2.0-liter in-line four-cylinder turbocharged engine that can produce up to 200 horsepower and 207 lb. ft. of torque.
The model also features a lot of other elements like Bluetooth, iPod connectivity, ambient lighting, larger brakes with red calipers and sport cloth seating surfaces. Also it has 18-inch alloy wheels, a spoiler at the back and alloy pedals. For driving with pleasure, the carmaker added an RCD 310 sound system.
In the near future, fans will have the possibility to buy the 2.5-liter model with only $ 18,995 and also next year, a TDI Clean Diesel model will at our service. This last one will be very efficient when it comes to fuel consumption.
