The Swedish carmaker Volvo just starting the production of its new electric version hatchback called the C30 Electric. The testing period started at the end of last year and the results convinced the producer to build at least 250 units by the end of next year. The model will be sold in different European countries like Sweden (of course), Norway, Netherlands and Belgium.
The Australian team is looking forward into greeting the new electric vehicle and they declared they are thrilled and encourage Volvo and their idea. More than that, the Australian division is thinking of a collaboration that will bring the C30 on their markets.
With a 7 hour charge, the car can be driven for up to 150 km and can accelerate from 0 to 50 km/h in 4 seconds and can reach a top speed of 130 km/h.
