In September 2010 the upcoming Ford Fiesta ST was spy photographed in Germany as a three-door version and, recently, it has been again spy photographed, but it was boasting a five-door version, while undergoing tests at the famous Nurburgring circuit, without being heavily camouflaged. However, the front grille was hidden, probably because the rest of the vehicle was pretty much stock. Tweaked steering wheel system for a better handling, sports suspension and a massaged chassis comprising a beefier braking system are to be found in Ford's new pocket rocket. Furthermore, a bespoke aero kit that would include a roof spoiler, side skirts as well as different front and rear bumpers, is expected to be incorporated in the production model. The engine is till a mystery, but rumors say that the drivers might find either a 2.0-liter force-fed four-cylinder or Ford's 1.6-liter turbocharged four, delivering 200 HP under the hood. The new sporty Ford Fiesta ST is planned to launch next year and make its world debut at this fall's Frankfurt Motor Show. Source: Carscoop
