New MINI Coupe and BMW 1-Series hatchback were spy photographed on the road

The new BMW 1-Series hatchback was spy photographed on the streets of Munich after it had been unwrapped earlier this month. Another car model that was spy photographed was the freshly revealed MINI Coupe featuring a blue color with silver stripes. Just a few days ago, the public received with a lot of enthusiasm the debut of the MINI Coupe, so it is likely that the car spotted in the pictures be an early production version that engineers used for various tests. The two-seat model provides its customers the possibility to choose between four powertrains through the Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper SD and John Cooper Works models, being scheduled to go on sale at the beginning of this autumn. Many enthusiasts will be surprised to hear that the 143 HP Cooper SD diesel is not going to be released in the States.
The 1-Series hatchback from BMW introduces the new 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine that is available with 136 Hp and 170 HP.
