Aston Martin presented the Fisker Karma. What can we say but that it is a really great car and that it has a lot of admirers. Apparently it already has 3000 pre-orders. The first one to become the owner of the fascinating vehicle is Leonardo di Caprio. Other well known names that will purchase the model are Colin Powel and Al Gore.
The carmaker is very confident that the right choice is the Karma because of the bad infrastructure, this model is very easy to drive and it makes no range compromise.
The first lucky owners will receive their cars this month and the next 300 in November. Things are going really well and the carmaker is sure that the Karma will be sold out by the beginning of 2012.
The model is powered by two back-mounted electric traction motors that are able to deliver 201.5 horsepower. It has a lithium-ion battery pack that keeps the car going for 80 kilometers.
