A 1967 wood car from Renault is now on sale

When it comes to originality, everyone wants it. This time what some can't resist is a 1967 Renault Rio Custom Wood Car. This model is a proof that metal was not the only material people used to build cars. Now, the vehicle is in property of Dezer Collection, a Museum in North Miami Florida.
Apart from the fact that it's made of wood, there is no other difference. The car is fully equipped with all features a car should have. The Rio is two-seater sports car that even if it's made of wood on the outside, it was constructed on a Renault 4 CV Chassis. The great thing about it is that is made of organic material completely.
The model has a 750cc 4 Cylinder engine and a 3 speed gearbox. So when it comes to performance, the Renault Rio is not a lot behind others. It will make you turn your head when seeing it on the streets for sure. Let's just hope it will have a caring person to take it out for a ride from time to time.
If you want to become friends with the environment and drive "green", for sure this model is a good choice. Of course this comes with a price. Not long ago it went on sale for $ 25,000.
