A prototype of the next generation of the BMW 3-Series sedan has recently been spy photographed in Los Angeles, while probably undergoing some tests. The Bavarian carmaker has reached the sixth generation of its popular sports sedan model, which boasts styling changes and integrates a new range of four-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engines. These engines provide a displacement of 1.6-liter producing 135 HP and 2.0-liter that delivers 245 HP. The customers will also be able to purchase BMW's turbocharged six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. Next year, the beautiful edan is scheduled to arrive in showrooms and the rest of the range will receive the finishing touches from Munich. A two-door coupe, a five-door GT liftback, a Touring, a convertible and the M3 are to be included in the range.
