BMW is keeping itself busy and rumors say the German carmaker is working in a diesel M5 model. Actually will be a performance version for the BMW's 5 Series diesel model range. The new vehicle will be called the 550dXM and you will have the opportunity to see it on the market starting sometime next year. The 550dXM will feature a diesel engine, but it will be built on the same chassis as the M5. Extra, it will have a special suspension and it will be very easy to drive. It is believed to be powered by a 3.0-liter engine that will have a triple turbocharging system that will be able to deliver more than 500 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. We are not sure this model exists, as the carmaker didn't confirm anything, but what is for sure is that a diesel M5 is absolutely out of the question.
