The 2012 Fit Sport is no longer a mystery as the carmaker released more details on the facelifted model. On different markets the model is called the Jazz. The car will have a different design that means a re-styled front bumper, a new rear apron and also darkened headlights. There are also special new 16-inch light alloy wheels. On the inside the Jazz has dark metallic dashboard components, chrome accents on the instrument panel, thicker sound insulation and a new center console with ambient lighting. Also the front corner-window is also thicker. The equipment includes standard steering wheel-mounted audio controls, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System that has Voice Recognition. When it comes to the engine, well, the Jazz features a 1.5-liter, i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine that is able to deliver 117 horsepower at 6.600 rpm and 106 lb ft of torque at 4.800 rpm. The power is being sent to the wheels through a five-speed gearbox and also at 27/33/29 mpg when it's equipped with a manual one. The model also features 10.3-inch ventilated brake disks, anti-lock braking system with Electronic Brake Distribution and Vehicle Stability Assist. The price will be revealed later.
