Aston Martin revealed more details on the V12 Vantage GT3, the model that replaced the DBRS9. So, the model features a 6.0-liter V12 engine that will be able to produce 600 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. Also, its position has been modified from the street car so that it improves weight balance. The new aerodynamics had a lot to do with the exterior of the car that now looks more powerful and more muscular. Despite all these, the V12 Vantage still has its beauty. Thanks to the shorter wheelbase and lower engine position, the model will be easier to handle and will be more competitive. The Vantage GT3 will enter in a series of races like the FIA GT3 Championship, Open GT, Belcar, British GT, ADAC Masters, Nurburgring VLN and Blancpain Endurance Series. The model will be tested starting October and at the beginning of 2012 the first deliveries will start. The customers will have to take out of their pockets to purchase a car at least GBP298.000.
