A new Ford Focus became a work of art

The ones that live in Glasgow City Center had a pleasant surprise as six street artists decided to transform a new Ford Focus into a work of art. The car we are talking about will be displayed at the city's Independent Recoat Gallery and will be considered part of the Ford Centenary Tour.
The transformation took the six talented artists only around six hours. Amy Whiten, Ssaid Recoat Gallery manager declared that the artists have done amazing work in Scotland and they are more than pleased that have the opportunity to show what they can do. This is not the first project they've worked at, but it's the first one that implied the total restyling paint job of a vehicle.
We said above that the model will be displayed at the Ford Centenary Tour. Well, for the ones that don't really know what this means, here is an exhibition that includes 10 models spanning the full century on a month long journey. During this journey, it will visit 20 different UK locations like Ford plants and dealers meeting customers and enthusiasts.
The tour started in London last week and will finish at the Goodwood Revival in Chichester, West Sussex on the 18th of September.
The carmaker developed two body styles for the UK customers: a 5-door hatchback and a 5-door estate and also 4 powertrains. The starting price of the 2012 Focus is GBP 15.995.
