The Supersport race car is a model revealed not long ago by car manufacturer 999Motorsports. The model features a mid-engine rear-wheel-drive architecture and a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is producing the power.
The model is able to deliver 300 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 350 Nm of torque. Just to compare, think of a Mitsubishi Evo X and imagine the Supersport that weights 700 kg less. At a closer look, this model makes you really think of a Mitsubishi Evo X.
The power produced is being sent to the wheels through a 5-speed sequential transmission via a limited slip diff. the Supersport features a double wishbone, rebound adjustable shock absorbers, 285 mm discs at the rear axle with 4-piston calipers and 320 mm brake disks at the front with 6-piston calipers.
Also the model was built on a tube space frame chassis with aluminum powder-coated panels. If you are interested in the dimensions of the car, know that it measures 4210 mm in length, 1850 mm in width and the wheelbase has 2460 mm.
The price of the Supersport was not revealed yet.
