Alfa Romeo is back with a new concept called the Minhoss

Alfa Romeo had a period of absence. When we say this we actually mean that it's been quite a long time since the carmaker released a concept. Many designers have put their imagination for a try and please the public.
An Italian study, called IDECOR that may sound familiar, as it remembers us of the 2009 Monza V8 study, created some images on the computer of the new Alfa Romeo concept called Minhoss. The model is actually a study for a smaller sports coupe created by Marco Marchese.
The designers believe his creation had as inspiration the ancient Minoan civilization, that reflect into the style elements of past and present Alfa Romeo models.
The concept measures 4.1 meters in length and features a 1.75-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder TBi engine that was modified to deliver 265 horsepower. The transmission and driving axle are mounted at the back, while the engine, up front.
