The Punto SuperSport will be revealed by Fiat and Abath in September at the Frankfurt Auto Show. Apparently it will be a limited edition. The tuners from Fiat have made the Abath Punto SuperSport able to deliver 180 horsepower at 5.750 rpm and 270 Nm of torque at 2.500 rpm. The engine is a 1.4-liter Multiair. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds and can reach a top speed of 216 km/h. The car features a Grigio Campovolo two-tone color with a matte black bonnet and roof, matte black side mirror covers, 18-inch alloy wheels, different kind of badges and red brake calipers. The tuner equipped the Punto SuperSport with perforated and self-ventilated front brake discs, 4-piston calipers, Koni shock absorbers with FSD valves for the back axle and also lowered springs and parts from the Esseesse Koni kit. On the inside, the SuperSport has new seats and also the Blue&MeTM MAP satellite navigation unit. We don't know yet the precise time it will go on sale and also the carmaker didn't release any information on the price.
