Well, all of us had a difficult time accepting the fact that Japanese carmaker Toyota had cancelled the production of the last Supra, the MkIV in 2002. We had some hopes, thanks to the rumors saying that carmaker will bring back to life the sports car.
Apparently, Toyota has already approved the follower of the Supra. It's nothing sure yet, but, but we'd like to believe it's true.
This is not the only case, but designs proposals like this one, to reinterpret the Toyota Supra for the 21st Century, are more than welcome. Talented designers like Andreas Fougner have made the best impression and so his ideas, like this one for the new Supra, are very important for the automotive world.
The model is built on the basic lines of the FT-86 rear-wheel drive sports coupe. The special shape makes it seem more massive.
