Saab will sell its Spyker

It's almost for sure: Saab will sell its Spyker luxury sports car business after reaching an agreement with US-based private equity firm North Street Capital LP regarding the sale conditions of the model.
The American company has the headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut and the manager is Alex Mascioli that it's also a race car driver.
The price asked by the Swedish company for the Spyker is EUR 32 million. Victor Muller, Swan CEO, who had decided to sell the Spyker since February to be able to focus on the Saab, will remain as Spyker CEO so that the connection with the customers remains the same.
Nothing is for sure and anytime the terms and conditions of sale can be modified. When all the papers are signed, then it's over, but until then, well, their just suppositions.
